Eleanore was half awake, on her way back to Lancaster Mansion. She didn't once let go of Caelestis. The freezing cold in her body didn't subdue and the warmth his single arm emitted was not enough. Soon the carriage pulled over and Caelestis took her to her room.
"What happened?" Marina asked, when she saw her mistress in his arms half unconscious, shivering as if she had been stranded in snow for days.
Caelestis gently placed her on the bed, carefully laying her head on a bulky pillow. "I will explain that later. First Change her clothes." He could see Eleanore was struggling in that huge birdcage like skirt and extremely tight bodice.
He tried to leave but Eleanore had clenched his hand so tightly that he couldn't get his hand out of her grasp. "Eleanore?" He called but received no reply.
So, he went closer and gently shook her chin. "Eleanore? Can you hear me?" He asks but again receives no reply.
