The slightly older knight rubbed his forehead with his fingers, letting out a long, wearied sigh. His eyes stayed closed for a moment before opening once more, now filled with reluctant resolve.
"Considering he acted first, and you merely defended yourself…" he began, voice heavy with restraint.
"I'll overlook it. However, you still need to leave. That is not a request—it's imperative."
He knew his subordinate had a history of causing trouble, and this was yet another incident to add to the growing list.
But regardless, they couldn't afford to have a stranger lingering in the establishment—not when a high-ranking figure was scheduled to meet another behind closed doors.
Luka simply shook his head and casually dropped himself into one of the chairs.
"Yeah, no. Not happening, my friend," he said as he gestured to himself.
"I sit where I want. Not even the Emperor himself could make me move."
