"We're leaving," he announced. "Return to your positions." Before anyone could protest, Yue Lan flew back to the sitting posture she had before they entered, down to millimeter accuracy.
< Your immediate problem is solved and we bought you time. Do what you must do..> Saying that, he grabbed Hye Won's arm and pulled her forcefully but gracefully from the room, and mentally speaking,
For the first time, Han Chen used a private mental link to Yue Lan—one he'd kept hidden from Hye Won.
Outside, Hye Won frowned. "Hey, why did we leave so suddenly? We could've—"
"Oh, Hye Won, you silly.." Han Chen sighed.
"How can you be so naive? She was playing you! Didn't you hear yourself? 'Orphaned'? 'Dead parents'? If she connects me to the husband from our earlier talk—"
Hye Won's hands flew to her mouth. "Oh no. No no no—"
"Oh yes," Han Chen said in plain voice.
"Now she likely knows we're tied to her past if she managed to read your lips and connect the dots, ..... She probably read your lips. Even if I cut you off, she's not stupid."
Her eyes widened in panic. "I didn't mean to— I was just—" She groaned, clutching her head, she groaned, then tugging at her hair. . "Stupid, stupid! I can't believe I let that slip!"
In-fact Han Chen knew, this would happen sooner or later, he himself let some few loose ends to discover, but didn't quite expected the slip up in the first time itself.
He was just playing along with Hye Won all the while. Seeing her distress, Han Chen scooped her up like a child
Meanwhile Yue Lan
Her Grandpa woke up, moments later. Looking at his granddaughter staring blankly at the door he called out. "Lan'er I just fell sleep, did anyone came? "
" No...how are you feeling? Are you okay?"
"Hmm, I am okay...no, in fact I feel better actually. " Flexing his arms, he continued, "The previous stiffness is gone and breathing is also better now. Hmm, looks like mind playing tricks on me, just visiting the hospital, I am already feeling well, hahaha..."
They boarded and returned soon. As the private vehicle moves to its destination, Yue Lan was in her own world;
Those two individuals, now that I try to remember, when I met few months back almost sounded the same , as the voices in my mind, one too formal and explaining, and later, more playful now.
And, the girl was easy to fool, just like I imagined out of her persona from the voice, but I learnt she was supposed to have a dead mother and then he was, ...what was that open? often? offended? orphaned?....,I could only saw her lips moving suddenly. The boy acted in swift thinking. I think its 'orphaned', or it could be 'often mistreated?'....not enough to be said as a tragedy like mine...or is it? If that's true?....."
She quickly went over Hye Won's detail and found that she was a normal girl unknown to the world, except for her entry into ALU lists. But Han Chen is, ....
She scrolled through his records in news.
National first in entrance exams. Teasing a reporter on live television. Son of .... Han Zhong, the man behind the revolutionary energy storage and conversion tech from Chen Energy solutions, just gaining traction from being unknown for many years? Why is he a law student then?
Is this really a coincidence? Is my mind making up nonsense because I subconsciously hope I have something to do with him?
Through published lists, she traced him to ALU again. A deeper dive into his social media revealed something even stranger—he had followed her account long before they had ever met. When she was eighteen.
Her stomach tightened. Why? She hadn't been famous back then. Just a high school student. And he was fifteen? In another province? It could have been random.
Yet her account was the only one he'd followed—until Hye Won appeared. She scrolled deeper. His profile was a ghost town: A three-year-older profile pic, no posts.
He has numerous followers, many high school, university students and even modelling agencies? Hye Won, the girl had their photo of relationship posted a few months back. No further. Any further discussions other than on major sites or news channels appear to be scrapped. He did this? This isn't a coincidence. He's been watching me for years.
"Han Chen… who the hell are you?"

Time passed quickly. Han Chen left Yue Lan to deal with her own mess, after the help he provided initially. Hye Won was reluctant to still act as mysterious voice with her as she was not sure whether her true identity was uncovered. Han Chen and Hye Won's relationship, but progressed quickly. They were more intimate than ever before.
The rooftop garden was quiet under the moonlight, the city's glow painting Han Chen's sharp features. Hye Won leaned against the railing beside him, her fingers brushing his.
"It's coming," he said suddenly, voice low.
She stilled. "What is?"
"My family." He paused. "They've been probing Chen Group's weaknesses for months. The legal battles are coming and it will be just the beginning."
Hye Won turned to face him fully. "Your parents—"
"Are targets."
A chill ran down her spine. "When?"
"Soon." His gaze met hers, dark and blank." My hands would be stained with blood. Don't disgust me then." That day she hugged him and took the final step. The First Time happened.
The bed broke.
Hye Won barely registered the sound of bending metal as Han Chen pinned her to the mattress, their bodies moving in fevered rhythm. She had known he was strong ~ had seen him shatter stone with a glance, fly together—but feeling that power restrained, controlled, focused entirely on her was something else entirely.
Her nails dug into his back as pleasure crested, and then—
Crack.
The frame broke beneath them, sending them tumbling to the floor in a tangle of limbs and laughter. Han Chen caught her before she could hit the ground, his arms cradling her effortlessly.
"That," Hye Won gasped, "was not subtle."
Han Chen smirked. "Neither were you."
The first time thus they didn't have a bed.
"Hold still."
Hye Won barely had time to process the command before Han Chen's telekinetic grip lifted her clean off the ground. She yelped as the world tilted, her back pressing against nothing but air as his power held her suspended.
"Han Chen—!"
"Trust me."
His hands never touched her. His mind did.A phantom caress traced her inner thigh, then higher, deeper, as if his very thoughts could map the contours of her pleasure. She shuddered, her body arching against the invisible force holding her aloft moving through ever inch of her.
"You're—ah—cheating," she gasped.
"Nope, just experimenting," he corrected, and then his will pulsed inside her, and she saw stars. When she came back to herself, she was sprawled atop him but still on air, his arms the only thing keeping her from melting into a boneless heap.
"...We're never using a bed again, are we?" she mumbled into his chest.
His chuckle vibrated through her. " If there were to be a strong bed, yes?"
...
Then there were times they didn't even need to be in the same room.
Hye Won was in the shower when it happened.
Steam curled around her as she rinsed her hair, eyes closed—until a familiar, impossible pressure curled around her waist.
"Han Chen?!"
His voice echoed in her mind, smug. "Testing range."
Then his telekinetic will moved, and her knees buckled.
The water sluiced over her as she braced herself against the tiles, her breath coming in ragged gasps. He wasn't even here, just miles away and yet—
"You—bastard—"
"You love it." She did.
It ended up with Hye Won traced idle patterns on his chest few hours later. "We should do that on a cloud next time."
Han Chen's laughter was low, warm. "I'll see what I can arrange."
Their intimate moments were sort of physical and spiritual connection knowing each others pleasures and emotions and guiding, and the variety of technique two superhuman couples could come with.
The days passed in a blur.
Han Chen and Hye Won spent their time exploring different places, traveling under invisibility so no one could see them. During their time together, Hye Won finally advanced to Transform Jin. She had been on the edge for a while, but now, it happened naturally, like a dam breaking.
They flew over mountains, walked through empty city streets at night, and sat by rivers that stretched endlessly into the horizon. There was no one to stop them, no rules to follow—just the two of them, free from everything, only thing limiting was how fast they could comeback to their home after every retreat.
But the world didn't stop just because they had disappeared.
