The bell rang loudly and echoed in the air as Coco pushed the front door of the Red Horse Inn open.
As she walked into the inn with Lala perched and sitting comfortably on her shoulders, she found herself immediately struck by the cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The noises from the street are gone and so was the clamor and hustle of the outdoors, replaced by a more subdued din of conversation and the smell of roasting meat and baked bread.
She didn't notice this last night, but the inn's interior was warm and inviting, the walls paneled in dark wood, and the furniture worn— taking in the comfortable wooden furniture, the simple, but well-kept decorations which makes it aesthetically pleasing for the eyes.
She can hear a fire crackling nearby, the flickering flames adding a cozy touch to the peaceful and friendly scene before her.
