"I came early enough to get us some weight reserved since everyone comes here after school. It's over on that side."
Maddison pointed to the opposite corner of the gym while talking excitedly and Azrael nodded as he finished wrapping up his wrists with tape. Azrael didn't take off his gloves since it would expose the rotten skin to the others, so he was just going to work out with it.
Azrael stood up and stretched while talking.
"Let's start with the bench press. What's your personal best?"
Maddison gained a bit of pride in her voice as she answered with a smile.
"I was able to bench ten reps of five hundred kilos last time I came."
Azrael hummed in surprise. That was actually very impressive! Maddison only had an E Rank mortal body, so being able to bench five hundred kilos at her level was not bad. But it was still pretty low compared to some of their other classmates.
