Chapter 51 - Working Out With Na-Yeon

After some time, they piled back into the car, the night air cool against their flushed skin as they drove home. Laughter filled the vehicle, their conversation flowing effortlessly, a mix of playful teasing and comfortable silence. The soft hum of the engine and the occasional flicker of streetlights made the ride feel almost dreamlike.

When they finally arrived at the apartment, they kicked off their shoes at the door, still caught in the remnants of their jokes. Stepping inside, they found Ha-Seong still glued to the screen, his fingers rapidly moving over the controller as intense game sounds filled the living room.

They joined him on the couch, letting him focus on his game while their conversation continued in hushed tones. The warmth of the apartment, the quiet buzz of the TV, and the soft comfort of their presence made exhaustion creep in faster than expected. One by one, sleep claimed them.

Na-Yeon, however, had chosen an unusual sleeping spot. Instead of stretching out on the couch or retreating to her room, she had curled up on Travis's lap, using his thigh as a pillow.

At 2 AM, something stirred her from slumber. A strange sensation pressed against her cheek. Blinking sleepily, she shifted slightly—only to feel something firm yet soft under her palm. She instinctively squeezed, feeling the shape flex slightly under her touch.

Her eyes fluttered open wider.

'Wait… what am I holding?'

Her gaze dropped, and her heart nearly stopped.

Travis's cock.

Her fingers were wrapped around the noticeable bulge in his pants, and as she squeezed again in reflex, she felt it twitch beneath the fabric. A small damp spot had formed, precum soaking into the material.

'Why is it so big… and why am I still holding it?' she thought in shock.

Snapping back to reality, she quickly retracted her hand, heat rushing to her face. But for a brief moment, she remained frozen, staring at the tented fabric, her breath unsteady. Her eyes flickered to Travis—who was still asleep, chest rising and falling evenly.

She swallowed hard, standing up carefully to avoid waking him. Her legs felt shaky as she made her way to the bathroom. Once inside, she turned on the sink, splashing cold water onto her face.

But then, something made her pause.

Lifting her hand to her nose, she hesitated before inhaling.

A deep, intoxicating musk filled her senses. The raw, masculine scent clung to her skin, sending an unexpected shiver through her body.

'Wow… it smells so good…'

A pulse of heat flickered between her legs. She clenched her thighs together, a mixture of confusion and arousal creeping over her.

Meanwhile, back on the couch, Travis's lips curled slightly in his sleep.

'Damn… who knew I could be so patient? That could have gone a lot worse… but luckily, it didn't.'

[ Next Day ]

Travis woke up at 5 a.m. to the sound of the door clicking shut. His groggy mind registered the faint noise of retreating footsteps, and he knew immediately who it was—Shin Na-Yeon. But where was she going this early? He sat up, stretching his sore muscles before dragging himself to the bathroom. The cold water splashed against his face, shocking him awake as he brushed his teeth.

'She's probably going for her run. I should do that as well, honestly,' he thought, rinsing his mouth. It had been a while since he kept up with his own fitness routine, and he knew he should get back into it.

Throwing on a fitted athletic shirt and some running shorts, he strapped on his watch, grabbed his headphones, and headed out of his room. Just as he stepped into the hallway, he nearly collided with Na-Yeon, who was descending the stairs.

"Yo," Travis said casually, making her stop in her tracks.

Her head snapped toward him, and the sight of him dressed in snug running gear made her brain short-circuit. A deep blush crept up her face as memories from earlier that morning hit her like a truck. She had woken up to the lingering scent of Travis in the shared house, and before she even realized it, her body had reacted in ways she was now thoroughly embarrassed about.

'Did I seriously touch myself to the scent of Travis? Fuck, what was I thinking? Now I'm cringing to death. I don't even like him! I like Ha-Seong, even though that dumbass doesn't even notice me,' she thought, mentally kicking herself.

Lost in her own humiliation, she didn't notice Travis stepping closer until he tapped her shoulder. She jumped forward with a startled yelp, her body stiffening.

"Woah, you're jumpy this morning," he said, raising an eyebrow as he continued down the stairs.

"O-Oh, sorry! I was deep in coc— I mean, thought! Deep in thought about, uh… school stuff. And, you know, life. And… stuff. Yeah, stuff," she blurted out, her words tumbling over themselves in her rush to cover up her nervousness.

Travis smirked slightly at her weirdly flustered reaction but didn't question it. "Yeah… stuff," he echoed, amused. "Well, I'm headed out for a run. Wanna join me?"

"You run as well?" she asked, her tone laced with genuine surprise. "You don't look like a run—" She stopped mid-sentence as her eyes unconsciously trailed over him, finally taking in his physique.

Her breath hitched slightly. His shirt clung to his torso, accentuating broad shoulders and toned arms, and she could see the defined lines of his abs beneath the fabric. She had never really paid attention before, but now that she had, she was stunned.

'He's freakin' ripped,' she thought, unable to tear her gaze away.

[A/N: This Is His Physique. ]

Realizing that she had been blatantly staring, Na-Yeon quickly cleared her throat and forced herself to look away. "Oh, well, sure, I'll join you. Better yet, you'll join me since I got out first," she said, trying to regain some composure.

Travis smirked slightly but nodded. "Fair, I guess. Plus, I don't know much about this area, so I'll be following your lead," he said as he started walking down the stairs.

She followed behind him, still trying to process the fact that he was this fit. The baggy hoodies and loose clothing he always wore had completely hidden his build, and she was only now realizing just how toned he actually was.

'I guess he just wears a lot of baggy clothes. No wonder I never noticed,' she thought, sneaking one last glance at his back before shaking her head.

Once they stepped outside, the crisp morning air greeted them, carrying the faint scent of dew and the distant aroma of a nearby bakery starting its early shift. The streets were still quiet, only a few joggers and early risers moving about.

Na-Yeon stretched her arms above her head before explaining their running plan. "Alright, here's how we do things. We run around this path for about ten laps, then hit the public gym at the park to do some strength training. After that, we run another two laps before heading home."

Travis listened, nodding along. It seemed like a decent enough workout, though he was more focused on seeing how much endurance he still had. "No complaints here," he said, rolling his shoulders as he got ready.

"Good. Try to keep up," Na-Yeon teased, smirking before taking off at a steady pace.

Travis exhaled sharply before following suit, his legs quickly finding a rhythm as his body eased into the run. The familiar burn in his muscles and the rhythmic pounding of his feet against the pavement woke him up fully, and a small grin tugged at his lips.

'Let's see how far I can push this body,' he thought, picking up his pace.
