Leon held his ground. That he looked weak didn't actually mean that he was.
The crunch of pebbles echoed in his ears as Jauger's men moved to him with fists not too gripped hard nor too soft. It was just to the degree to tell a lower one "you mean nothing."
In a flash, Leon scanned their stats. Knowing the rank they were now made him want to smirk - he found his equals that he didn't have to worry about to use the Paradox System on. He could just do some hand-to-hand practice with them, couldn't he?
... But in a moment, Jauger stepped through, yanking the guys aside. "Step aside," was aall of him Leon heard before the man already gripped him by his collars.
He lifted him up his feet and smashed his back against the metallic door. Leon's gasp could have been louder than the reverberation of the door... but he muffled it. But muffling pain was different from not feeling it at all.
