The wind howled past Adam's ears as he soared through the sky, his black-feathered wings beating in rhythm with the currents. The initial rush of takeoff had been exhilarating, but now came the real challenge....actually flying with control.
"Shit, this ain't as easy as I thought!"
Adam grunted, his body lurching forward as a strong gust nearly flipped him mid-air. He flapped harder, trying to stabilize, but the more force he exerted, the shakier he became.
Minerva wasn't lying, flying ain't just about having wings; it was about control, balance, and reading the air. If even a harpy needed time to master this, then he sure as hell wasn't gonna get it perfect right away, well that's what he would say if he wasn't built differently.
But still… he wasn't gonna let this body go to waste.
Tch… gotta use my brain... How did I mess up?
