Chapter 21 - Chapter 20: Just Dance 3

(POV MC)

"Luc Luc, are you saying Big bro and me won't be training today? I thought Thursdays were training days?" Sam asked while his eyes started to tear up a little. The kid looked like he was going to say more, but his little brother interrupted him from the looks of it.

"Teacher, why are we taking a break today when you just increased the difficulty the last few days? Are you getting nervous now, Master?"

"Our parents are coming home today, and I don't know when." I said while I stated the obvious.

"Ya, I know Dad is coming today with your parents, but what does that have to do with anything? If anything, my Dad would be proud of the training I've been going through." Dean stated as his tone gave off an aura of absolute certainty in his previous statement about his father.

I started groaning at my student's ignorance of my actions, but I still decided to explain the hidden meaning to them both.

'I thought my student was the smart one between the brothers...' I thought while taking a deep breath before sighing deeply.

"Dean, I don't know when our parents are coming home, but I do know one thing, kids..." I looked at them before I kept myself together, trying my best not to let my emotions get the best of me.

'I doubt I will ever see these kids again for at least a few years and possibly decades. They don't even have a phone or any known communication devices or methods that I know of.

I might as well make the best of what we have while they are still here with me. I hope these two will see our time together as a positive experience.

If we have time, I'll call someone to see if I can do anything about that communication issue.' I thought as a tear tried to leave my right eye, but my magic made them evaporate the instant they left.

"Dean, It's probably going to be a long time before we all can see each other in person again. So let's party until we DROP BOYS!!!" I yelled, and my arms began to move in the air like I didn't have a single care.

My legs started to join my arms as they wiggled around the living room while both boys watched on with blank expressions...

"Aren't you two going to dance?" I asked while both of them just gave me what looked to be the stink eye.

"Big Bro, Is Luc Luc silly or what? Why did he start dancing like crazy?" Sam whispered to Dean while trying to keep it quiet, but I could hear it all.

"Not sure. I think we were supposed to dance with him, I think." Dean replied with a semi-blank but confused expression...

"You guys, you're... meant to... dance with me... you know, right?" I sighed before asking Dean to pass me the master-remote next to him.

"Pass me the black remote next to you. It's on your left side." I said while I caught the remote Dean had just thrown me after seemingly looking around for 30 seconds.

I looked towards our 100-inch flat-screen TV and reconnected my Xbox before the self under the TV.

'We already have Just Dance One & Two, but I think I should get Just Dance Three for this occasion.' I thought while typing in the name of the game before I purchased the game.

'I thank the lord every day for our fast internet connection...

Demons or not, they sure have a bunch of great ideas! Especially when it comes to revolutionary technology and who they should fund to get the ball rolling.' I sighed for a brief moment before I opened up the game.

"What kind of music do you guys listen to." I asked while looking at both kids sitting on the couch.

"Luc Luc, can you play Dad's radio song?!" Sam said excitedly while constantly shifting around.

"What song?" I asked while wondering what the hell Sam was talking about.

"Teacher, my little brother is talking about [Carry On Wayward Son] by Kansas. But this song is one of the few songs he still listens to nowadays." Dean said with a sad undertone.

"Wel... Since you both seem to like the song, would you like to hear it now? Oh ya, by the way, can you two dance?" I asked while looking at the TV screen showing the [Just Dance 3] home page

"ARE WE GOING TO DANCE LUC LUC!!!" Sam asked, practically yelling as he kept jumping up and down in excitement.

"Sammy, calm your butt down. You're making us look bad in front of our teacher. Remember, Dad told us to listen to Lucus while he stayed here." Dean said while holding his brother down in a hugging motion.

"Dean, Sam, you two can just relax, alright. There's no need to restrain yourself right now. Oh ya, Dean, you can stop holding Sam back. He will need all the energy he can get once this DANCE PARTY GETS STARTED!!" I replied as I quickly found their song on the app and clicked play.

'Hard rock, Classic Rock, Progressive/Art Rock... What an interesting combo of genres. Never heard the song before, but it must be good if they and their father enjoy it.' I thought as I kept thinking of all the ways I could out-dance them at their favorite song.

. . .

"Luc Luc, am I doing it right?" Sam asked while trying to dance.

Sam: X, Ok, X, OK, Good, X, X Super, OK, X

"Sammy, get your A game together, bro. Our teacher is beating us at our favorite song for godsakes!"

Dean: Super, Ok, Good, Ok, X, Ok, Perfect, Ok, Good, Super

"Get good wimps! If you wish to defeat me, you must train for another 1000 years, YOU FOOLS!!!" I said while blazing past their pathetic dancing skills.

Lucas: Perfect, Super, Perfect, Super, Good, Perfect, Super, Perfect, Good, Super

Carry on, my wayward son

There'll be peace when you are done

Lay your weary head to rest

Don't you cry no more

Once I rose above the noise and confusion

Just to get a glimpse beyond this illusion

I was soaring ever higher, but I flew too high

Though my eyes could see, I still was a blind man

Though my mind could think, I still was a madman

I hear the voices when I'm dreaming

I can hear them say

"Your taste in music you guys is divine, but my dancing skills are sublime. You may have the good taste, but those dancing skills are absolute trash!" I conveyed as I laughed at my students struggling to keep up with my skills.

Lucas: Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect,

"Did you guys just see that? Your trash, eat my dust, kids!" I declared while dodging my first student's clumsy attempts to attack me while I kept dancing on their asses with my skills.

"Teacher, Stop dodging already... Take my hits like a real man, teach!" Dean said as he kept trying to hit me.

Dean: X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, X

'Maybe I was taunting Dean too much, and it caused him to lash out. Na, it's his fault for getting mad.

My student just needs to learn to get thicker skin to deal with these kinds of taunts in the future.' I thought as I kept dancing and dodging my student's flurry of attacks.

"What are you two doing?" Sam asked, keeping dancing with me while trying his best.

Sam: Good, X, X, Ok, Good, Ok, X Perfect, OK, Super
