Day 4 of the Greatest Apocalypse

*BOOOM*
A fiery tornado consumed a dozen zombies, blasting them every which way with charred bodies.
It originated from a curvy woman in a bright red jacket and heavy makeup. Flames danced around her hands in a beautiful ensemble of firey death.
She was facing off against more than a hundred, and although she was powerful, she appeared a bit exhausted, her situation seeming precarious.
But she was not alone.
A two Meter tall man in a tracksuit bounded forward from behind her with a resounding roar, colliding with the zombie horde in the next moment as he grew even larger, up to three meters.
Flesh and blood flew in every direction, reminiscent of a meat grinder, as the man rampaged through the zombies like a bulldozer.
More than a dozen other people also came into view at this moment, armed with pistols, and started shooting at the waning zombie horde.
And just like so, in a few minutes, the zombies were exterminated.
"I told you I could take care of them, Ralph." Shae, the woman in a red jacket, complained to the hulking man who was gradually coming down to normal size.
Ralph chuckled lightly.
"We both know you were struggling."
Shae glared at him, before turning her gaze back towards the thuggish people that were inspecting their guns.
"I guess people like us are the only ones that can truly adapt to this world." She said with conviction.
"You mean gang leaders?" Ralph asked, intentionally trying to irk Shae.
She didn't react, only continuing.
"Only people that are willing to take risks can survive in this new world."
Behind her, Ralph's eyes narrowed slightly, feeling like she was implying something.
"Well. We should choose our risks wisely. After all, it's only been four days since the Apocalypse began." He said curtly, before barking out orders for the thugs to get the cars ready.
Shae looked on with a glint in her eyes.

Gerald executed a perfect backflip, evading the claws of the zombie. Before it could attack again, he landed a blow on its head with his baseball bat, achieving an instant kill.
His slightly hitched breath recovered quickly, as he sat himself in the sofa and shook off the blood on the bat as well as he could.
The knife he was using had gotten blunt after he killed the fourth zombie, but he had luckily found a baseball bat in the sixth room.

He felt an instant boost to his thinking speed, especially since he had only received this enhancement once before.
At this point, he had combed through a total of twenty rooms, killing close to fifteen zombies in the process, and the results were obvious.
Gerald flexed his biceps with stars in his eyes.
His physique and agility had been the ones to benefit the most from the battles, and he had already become strong enough to take on up to four ordinary zombies at the same time!
Limitless Evolution also played a part in this, if not he wouldn't be as strong.
'So this floor is officially cleared. Four yellows and Sixteen Greens. That's good.'
It was relatively efficient to comb through twenty rooms in less than twenty four hours, considering the time taking to rest, eat, sleep, and battle.
Without further ado, he took what he could find and went back to his room, still exercising a level of caution. Once he got back and bolted the door behind him, his body visibly relaxed.
After organizing his haul, he scrutinized his total loot.
'My food stock can probably last me for a few months, even considering spoilage.'
But that didn't mean he would stop fighting though.
The feeling of being on the edge of life and death was...
Addictive!
A savage light appeared in Gerald's eyes before he quickly patted his chest.
'Low key, low key.'
*BOOM*
A loud noise broke Gerald out of his reverie, and he rushed to the window to check it out.
And then he saw...
