Valdis and her sisters reached the room of holes. Its walls were made up of various vortex's leading to another part of silverston.
They paused to looking at each other. "This is were we part ways sisters." Valdis voice broke.
"Did they kill serafelle too?" Deyanira asked in a hushed tone.
They stared at the holes shaped as wells her question seating heavily on their heads "I want vengeance." eris fumed.
Emery nodded "If we must get vengeance it's best we escape now."
"If serafelle is really dead, the rest of you better not die on me or I'll plant scorpions in your graves." Neera threatened.
"Is that your way of encouraging us not to die? we won't feel the bite of a scorpion if we're already dead Neera." Emery shook her head.
Valdis smirked "I think it's better if you all died I could use your corpses for experiments, now that I think about it. It would be fun really."
They were scared, trembling, they'd never stepped outside of the safe castle walls without parents or guards all their lives they have been sheltered and now that world was falling apart.
They all gave her a seething look "What do we do?" Neera asked placing a hand on deyanira's hanging shoulders.
She was so traumatized she couldn't speak "All of must depart separately."
Professor Moontar's voice startled them, as the sounds of guards approached the doors "Hekrahe!" she cast a spell to shut the doors.
"Your still alive!" Valdis said with relief.
Moontar frowned "I wouldn't die so easily."
Emery looked around but saw no one else "They got him I tried to save him but he saved me instead." Moontar explained.
"My magic won't hold forever" she walked in a slow pace, skin pale in her full black robe. She was more the sorceress than any of them could ever be.
"These holes will lead you to through the undergrounds to the path of eight markets." She explained cautiously.
"Now listen carefully because this isn't one of those classes you snore in. This is real life." They swallowed as she spoke "If you mess up...you will die."
"The undergrounds is a dangerous place, crawling monsters and demons ready to devour slacking travelers. You've been trained and I trust you can protect yourself." She assured them.
Moontar looked at each one of their traumatized faces and knew how broken they were
"Trust no one." She said sharply.
"Tell no one your identity, and strive to gain power." She paused for a moment .
Looking at their faces for understanding.
"That is the the only way you can avenge your parents and save Silverston. When you have done that you can return to your throne in Alcon."
They listened hanging on every word.
"A person without power is nothing but a puppet."
