"Then we can hope that exhaustion doesn't twist into a fever."
Yiran nodded as she closed the file, the doctor turned to her and then towards the room Qingran was in.
"Why don't you get some rest,I'll take care of the rest things."
"But wouldn't that be too much for you?"
He shook his head, he was used to staying up late at night, all through med school and even as a doctor, there were times one would have to sacrifice their sleep.
"No, your eyes are already cracked. Best to let your body rest."
Yiran didn't argue anymore, she wouldn't reject the chance to catch some z's.
"Alright sir, I'll close my eyes for a bit and come back to assist you."
The man nodded and waved her off, he opened the door, he glanced at Qingran for a bit before closing the door.
He found a chair and began his report.
The next morning, Qingran was up and running, she was telling the doctor that she was good to go when Yiran walked in.
