The Water Police Fourth Squad is located by the newly repaired Riverfront Road, which serves as a levee, so the Fourth Squad is actually situated under the levee.
Originally, it was a small dock that had become defunct due to riverbank collapse and silt accumulation. Inland rivers don't have waterway departments for dredging like the Yangtze River Mainline does, and it couldn't berth cargo ships that required deeper water, so the dock was abandoned.
There is no office building, only two rows of single-story houses in an L-shape.
One row faces east with its back to the Riverfront Road and overlooks the Bin Qi River, stretching from south to north with a total of six rooms.
The other row faces south, consisting of five rooms.
Considering safety, a wall was built on the south side, extending all the way to the riverside.
