Charles' point of view.
The oil company's manager was beaten so badly when he was brought home. When I asked why, Mince said he took Vesta for granted.
I believe if it wasn't for the situation on ground, we needed him alive, he would have been killed, judging by how badly he was injured.
Anyway, he's here in my grip, and that's all that matters.
I promised the driver he would be set free if he cooperated with us. And after I got my man, I let him go, and gave him a bag filled with one hundred thousand dollars.
We didn't just let him go. The wound on his back was treated by Mince.
As usual, we blindfolded him and escorted him to town.
With the driver gone, I sat the man down and started asking him questions.
I was surprised when he said among the daughters, Ace was her only target. He said he wanted her mainly because of her hacking knowledge, and that was the only thing left that his empire needed.
Meanwhile, with what he said, he has been tracking Ace since the time she opened the vault to the diamond.
I was full of curiosity about what he knew about the vault. The man was behind the seventh guest that showed up at the mansion. We went to get the diamond.
All from the start, he knew about the vault, he helped those billionaires design it, and he sent the seventh guest to steal it.
Good, all the pieces are coming together now. He helped design the vault so not to be hacked. We never knew he put a sensor to notify him whenever the vault got opened.
The whole story of the phenomenon of Ace opening the vault was what made him look for her.
He was then after the diamonds, but now, he was after the hacker.
The man is good, that, you can't deprive him of it.
He was so good that he discovered we were daughters, and our mission was to go after the corrupted people.
He even found out Polowski was a friend of mine, and he misled Polowski by going to his company to play corrupt so we would come after him.
I was previously weighed down thinking my best friend Polowski knew about our failed mission, but now I know the truth, it was all a trap.
He knew Ace would be the one to hack the door. He dispatched me to a room, and they were waiting for my girls.
He told his men that the one that would hack the door was the only one he needed, and he gave the kill order to others.
The reason he put fifteen well-built men there was that he was so sure Ace alone would not knock them all out before she got arrested.
Well, he did great with his plans. I was actually planning to kill him by myself after what he did to the daughters, but now, my mind has changed, and I want him locked in prison for the rest of his life.
Milan's point of view.
I was with Ace in the computer room. She was teaching me some things. We heard Vesta and her sisters were back capturing our target.
Both the driver and the target were blindfolded and were not unmasked until the whole family got there.
When the man's eyes were unfolding, his eyes were still moving all around, finding a clear view.
By the time he got a proper sight, he was certain I was Ace's mother due to our resemblance.
Charles started questioning him in a very cruel way so he could get the true information from him.
He just couldn't withstand the torturing, and he soon started delivering all he knew about the failed Polowski's mission.
Even me that was watching couldn't continue to watch at a point. All Charles wanted to know was if Polowski, his friend, knew about all that had happened. He wanted to know why the daughters were caught.
And to know what makes him want to erase Ace's brain. After finding out the truth, the man was taken back to the place where he was captured, and he was handed to the police.
Wilson's point of view.
Over a week now, I tried as much as I could to get in touch with Helen, but all my efforts failed.
I messaged her often, and called her so many times. I even left her many voicemails, but she didn't reply to any.
What could I have done wrong was what I have been thinking since then. Perhaps it's because of the incident that happened here at my place.
Really, I got fed up rearranging my mind to know exactly what I did wrong.
It shouldn't be now that I love her this much she should start ignoring me, only if she wanted me lost in astra plane forever.
Tired of boredom, tired of being guilty of not driving her home when she needed me. I dressed myself properly and went to the house she once invited me to.
When I got there, the gate was locked, and I was lost of ideas. I knew I was endangering myself.
The building is one of the very last in town along that axis. I got absolutely no excuses for staying on the premises.
I remember she warned me of her father then that her father should not catch me. So if her father eventually came out to find me near that gate, what would I tell him?
And with how she put it then, it means I am gone if her father catches me. I got so worried, and inconvenient.
I couldn't stay any longer, and I also didn't knock the gate either.
Maybe she's not fine yet, maybe the sickness is still disturbing her, and I haven't even heard anything concerning the daughters recently.
It's all so complicated, I had no choice but to return to my house. I went back home without setting my eyes on my love. It was so painful, but I will give it a try some other time. Perhaps she would walk out of the gate and see me, or I would be bold enough to knock on the gate and identify myself then.
