In a forest near Maggot City, a few people, or more specifically a family with a dad, a mother and 2 children, were running away hopelessly. Their steps began to falter, not as steady as before. They were running for their lives.
Their bodies trembled with fatigue, their eyes became more hazy, and the way they breathed became more heavy.
This was supposed to be a peaceful family camping trip, but it turned out not to be so. Who would have thought that today would be the day they died together?
The family of four tried to run back to the city, entering the wall. They would be safe if they entered the city in time, but whether it was their illusion or not, Maggot City was very far away from them.
No matter how much they ran, they still couldn't get there. They couldn't even escape from the forest if they wanted to.
