Through the panicked masses, Elric and Vaelen strode forward, their weapons at the ready. Their sharp eyes scanned the destruction, searching for the cause of the latest devastation.
And then they saw them.
Two figures stood calmly amidst the carnage, unfazed by the destruction around them.
The first was Orpheon.
Tall and imposing, his long, dark coat fluttered in the wind, his silver hair slightly disheveled. His arms were crossed over his chest, and a cruel smirk played on his lips. Beside him, an eerie figure loomed—his entity, Baelzaris.
