"What else do you need? Whatever you need, just let me know and I'll make sure it's done smoothly." Mo Shian said. He felt elated that Weiwei was willing to ask for his help. It showed that she did not treat him as a stranger and she was willing to rely on him. That made him happier than closing a deal worth a hundred million.
"I found a designer. She has very exquisite jewelry designs and I want to work with her. I already talked to her and I decided to make her a partner instead of an employee. Considering her talent in jewelry design, if I don't strike while the iron is hot, then she will be discovered by someone else and I will lose big time."
"mmm…I trust your judgement. If her talent is as good as you say it is, then making her a partner will tie her to your company. It will also motivate her to work harder because she will have a sense of belonging."
"That is what I thought too. If I just hire her, then she can be poached by bigger companies any time once her talent is made known, but being a partner is different. She is working for herself, so she will work harder and I don't have to worry about loosing my chief designer all the time."
"Her talent must be really good if you already decided to make her the chief designer." Mo Shian said.
"It is, trust me. Her designs will take the fashion industry by storm very soon." Well it's not like Weiwei could tell him how Feng Tian's designs rocked in her previous life, and how much they are worth. She was afraid that if she said something about being reborn, then Mo Shian might think she had gone nuts. Who would believe something as ridiculous as rebirth?
So, Weiwei could only give herself credit for having good foresight.
"Do you need my lawyer to draft a partnership contract?" It had to be said, Mo Shian was a real business man through and through. All Xia Weiwei had to do was make a small comment about making Feng Tian a partner and her husband already knew what she wanted next.
"Yes, I believe your lawyers excel in this field. I want to sign the contract as soon as possible so that we can start work and open the studio before the new semester starts. I still have to go to school after all." Replied Weiwei.
"Alright, I'll get my lawyer to draft the contract tomorrow. I will bring it to you in evening. You can have your partner sign it the day after tomorrow."
"Okay, I really appreciate your help."
Weiwei turned around in Mo Shian's arms and hugged his waist. She felt his body stiffen a little before he relaxed again.
Mo Shian was over the moon. This was the first time his wife had taken the initiative to hug him. Especially after the last two months of cold war and being ignored. He was so happy that he couldn't help but smile.
He hugged Weiwei tighter and pressed her against his broad chest. It almost felt like he wanted to meld her entire self into his flesh and bones. He had not been so happy for a long time.
In the end he could not help himself as he lifted her chin and lowered his head then covered her pink lustrous lips with his own. He kissed her gently at first, but in no time, he was completely lost in her sweet taste and the kiss became more domineering and a little aggressive.
He kissed her until she was almost out of breath before letting go. He looked at Weiwei who was panting with her soft body laying in his arms. She had not resisted when he kissed her. She had even responded, and that was a great sign for him. Knowing that his wife no longer rejected his advances made him happy.
Unfortunately, he could not do anything more than kissing her and holding her in his arms as she was still on her period. Even though he knew that he could not go any further, it did not stop his body from reacting violently. He could feel a scotching heat rising from his heart and rushing to his abdomen.
His trousers were already tightening and his little brother could not help but throb with need. He wanted Weiwei so badly, but he couldn't bear to touch her in her current state. So he could only endure. He knew that the only way to sleep tonight was to take a cold shower.
Weiwei could definitely feel the changes in Mo Shian's body. She knew that she was the cause and he must be suffering so much and enduring a lot, but there was nothing she could do at that moment. She hoped that her aunt flo would leave soon so that her husband doesn't have to suffer so much.
She was not like other women who would act all shy and let their husbands suffer in the name of shyness. They were already married and it was part of her duty as a wife to satisfy her husband. She had already wasted five years in their previous lives, she would not waste anymore on meaningless assumptions.
She hoped that both of them would build a great relationship and enjoy a happy married life.
To stop her husband from suffering, Weiwei decided to go back to the bedroom and get ready for bed while Mo Shian completes his work without any distractions.
She got up from Mo shian's lap and dropped a light peck on his lips.
"Alright, I have to go back to the bedroom and get ready for bed. You can finish your work first, but don't stay up too late. It's not good for your health." She said after leaving his lap.
"Okay, I will be done soon and join you. Go to bed first and if you need anything or you feel uncomfortable, just let me know." Mo Shian said as he watched Weiwei turn around and walk out of the study.
