Some may wonder why I just didn't go inside myself, well there is that thing about the cave exploding when someone not pure of heart tries going inside. And I know myself enough to know that im not pure of heart, so I wouldn't want the cave to explode on me. That is why im here in the back just waiting in this hot weather so that jafar opens the cave for me. And only then would I be able to use the Magic clock I have brought with myself.
Not a minute too soon, the cave opened. To tell you that I wasn't afraid would be a lie, this was the first time I would be doing something as dangerous. Even with all my preparations and physical immortality so far because of the fountain of youth, there was no info on the cave itself having any kind of soul defence or attack magic inscribed in it.
But as they say, if you want something you have to work for it, and as I saw Aladdin currently was about to enter the cave of wonders. Pulling out the watch from my pocket I clicked on the side and as if time was a glass and it was being brought to a halt. All the changes happened in less than a sec and looking around I could see Aladdin about to put his legs onto the floor of the cave of wonders, but still stuck in the air frozen in time.
Moving forward until I was beside Jafar and then next to Aladdin, I hesitantly put my foot inside the first step of the cave of wonders. I don't know if it didn't break because I was worthy which I was pretty sure was not the case. Or because it couldn't since time was frozen, well I would know when time started moving again. For now I started descending the stairs towards the bottom, once reaching the bottom of the stairs I started a light jog, towards the room where the Lamp was kept. Looking around at the amount of treasure, was mind boggling. I mean I did saw it through the monitor but seeing it yourself in person is another thing entirely.
So much wealth, Gold, Jewels and Ruby's, one had to wonder how it all came to be here. I know the producers just made something to make it look good on screen but I mean one had to wonder according to the lore of the world how did all these came to be, was it brought or stolen by Thieves or created by some magician. Well who knows….. But there was something about these treasures, like there was some kind of Magic/Compulsion on it that is drawing people towards it. To make them touch it or try to take it. Maybe that was the reason Aladdin or his monkey tried to take the treasures here. And the reason you have to be pure of heart to enter the cave and not be tempted.
But I guess they didn't took into effect someone like me appearing, and using items of different worlds to do things that were not normally possible. Now I wonder would everything turn to lava if I do what Abu did, hmm, maybe later after I have finished my reason coming here.
Finally reaching the end of this room, and making it to the main room where I could see, the giant pillar that had the lamp placed upon, and damn it was high, and the treasure around still calling me and its pull becoming stronger but still it had no effect on me. I guess I have my infinite will power (Invictus perk) to thank for that.
After concentrating on my goal, I looked around the room trying to find an item that I wanted just like the Lamp, it took a few moments to find where the carpet was located as I was walking towards the giant pillar where the wish granting Lamp was located.
Eventually reaching near the carpet I saw it was frozen just like everything else and had a rock on top of it. First thing first I used my shaper power to control the matter of the rock and turn it into dust. Then putting my hand on the carpet I used my other power "Item Devouring", and saw it disappear from in front of me, and had a feeling inside me where it was being processed. I sat there on the ground waiting for the process to be finished, and since time was frozen I had nothing better to-do than wait.
.....after 1 Hour...…..
It took an hour for it to be completely devoured and for me to gain an ability from it. Man I really needed those wishes A.S.A.P. Looking inside myself at my new ability and willing it to be used, I started floating of the ground.
Flight: You have gained the ability of flight, you have perfect control over your flight and maneuvering in the air. You also have protection from speed and wind in case of fast movements. The speed depends on your body and how much of a burden your body can bear without being destroyed.
Using flight I started moving around in the air to get a good feeling for it, and when I was satisfied or more like came down from my sugar rash of gaining the ability to fly. I started moving towards the Lamp, and reaching it in a few seconds now that I don't have to climb it. Taking it in my hand I looked around waiting for something to happen, but after a few second and nothing happening I let my guard down, I placed the lamb in another pocket in my jacket and zipped it. Looking around at everything here, I used my flight and went towards the ruby Abu picked up, I mean it is a giant ruby and I wanted to start the cave in and im sure It will look good in my collections once I make one that is.
