Chapter 26 - Eternal Body

He ignored the aching muscles and complaining body and he began his daily exercises. He was so focused on his exercise that he didn't notice Lin Qing watching.

She had been informed that Wu Tian had woken up and made for the training yard, she was worried about him and therefore quickly made her way to the yard. She then arrived to see Wu Tian hesitate at the start of his training.

She felt pained in her heart for him, but she also knew that this was something that he needed to pass through in his journey. She wouldn't judge him if he decided to stop, however she would feel extremely glad in her heart since this would temper Wu Tian's heart towards the dao.

If he did not give in this time then it would definitely strengthen his will to face similarly difficult trials and tribulations, and if there was something the cultivation world was full of it was trials and tribulations.

When she saw Wu Tian square up his courage and begin training a smile couldn't help but rise on her face. she then left and gave Wu Tian space to train, thus she didn't notice what happened next.

The moment Wu Tian lifted the boulder he felt something like a crack throughout his body, it felt like something within had shattered. He froze but then felt his body begin to heal quickly, his sore muscles and tendons felt as good as new and he could feel his strength rise constantly as if from an endless source within his body.

He picked up the boulder. Only to be surprised to find it was now as light as feather,. He recalled the sound he had heard. It sounded as if a shackle or a chain had been broken in his body.

Just then he felt a torrent of information gush into his mind. It seemed to about what had occurred. he gained more and more of the knowledge and even he couldn't help but take in a deep breath.

This was too ridiculous; it turned out that since he was born spiritually. He naturally had a body constitution, however his body constitution was too overbearing. it simply defied heaven and earth. It was known as the eternal body.

It was so overbearing that If he had been unsealed he would have been born a divinity, a being far more powerful than even an immortal emperor. This claim was far too monstrous.

This constitution also made it that he would grow progressively more powerful with age so that even if he didn't cultivate he would still become a hegemon in any plane of existence. He would have an affinity for all elements, His qi sea would be massive, his body would be overbearingly strong and he would gain a really strong soul.

However, it seemed that his was eternal body was sealed. Certain conditions were required to unlock the shackles on his body. Each time he unlocked it he would have a surge in strength and gain an innate ability.

This time it seemed that due to his will strengthening, he had met a condition to unlock a shackle on his body. It had directly led to his body strength surging and if it hadn't been for the transformation in his soul. His cultivation would have directly increased.

Wu Tian knew that with this first shackle unlocked he no longer had any bottleneck to the golden core stage, he would simply need to accumulate the energy needed and he would definitely be able to attain the golden core stage naturally . since he gained an innate ability each time he unlocked a shackle, the innate ability he had gained this time was potential displacement.

For a short time he could borrow the strength of his future self according to the potential and shackle he had unlocked. This meant that at the moment he could borrow strength at the golden score stage for a short time if he accumulated sufficient energy. This eternal body was too heaven defying. he could imagine that he was being chased by an enemy superior in strength when he suddenly turned around and displayed strength at the golden core stage. The expression on the enemies face would be extremely wonderful to watch.

Wu Tian took a step forward and felt his foot leave a deep print on the earth. He stretched his muscles and poked them, wondering at the strength he felt. He felt inclined to go and pull a few bulls to measure his strength but abandoned the reckless idea.

He decided to test the toughness of his skin, so he gingerly walked to the boulder he usually exercised with and casually threw a punch towards it. He didn't put in too much force but the boulder still exploded into several pieces.

Wu Tian was stunned at first, he didn't expect his body to have so much strength. Then he began laughing joyfully and aimed at another boulder. So in the training yard a weird scene could be seen of Wu Tian laughing joyfully as he exploded boulder after boulder with his fists.

The noise of constant booms attracted the attention of the guards over, so two of them came to investigate. When they arrived they saw the exciting scene of Wu Tian collapsing a section of the wall of the training yard with a fist. They all froze in shock, even Wu Tian who had gotten carried away in the joy of exploding stuff with his fists.

He had gotten so carried away that when the boulders had ran out he had excitedly ran and punched the wall, not thinking of the consequences. He had also been rather shocked to see it collapse. He felt a cold sweat build at his brow, this time he would probably not be able to escape a stern lecture from his parents.

Wu Tian stood in front of his parents and bowed his head as he received a stern dressing down from his parents. He had a chagrined expression on his face, he really didn't think that he would actually collapse his home one day.

Wu Zemin and Lin Qing too had helpless expressions on their faces. They had never thought they would one day have to scold Wu Tian, and for demolishing a wall at that. They felt that they really had a weird parenting experience, who had ever heard of scolding their little boy for demolishing the house, sigh. They were also shocked by the strength that Wu Tian had shown, even connate warriors struggle to accomplish something like that, especially barehanded.

Lin Qing observed Wu Tian and asked curiously "Tianer, how did you do it?"

Tianer cautiously raised his head and observed his parent's faces. Seeing that they were not angry, he explained how had awakened his eternal body and gotten a bit carried away due to his excitement.

As he talked about its attributes, he could feel their astonishment and felt a bit happy. Who didn't love seeing people astonished at their abilities, he couldn't go around telling others so he could only tell them and enjoy their astonished expressions. As he talked he felt a bit thirsty so he went to have a cup of water. Who knew that as soon as he grasped the cup it crumpled in his hands like paper? Wu Tian froze again, he glanced at his mother's face and almost cried seeing her furious expression, this time it really wasn't his fault.

Lin Qing sighed again wearily and went to hold one for him. She then quickly chased him back to the training yard, a different one than the one whose wall he had demolished. She was really afraid that he would wreck her furniture with his uncontrolled strength. They might soon run out of utensils if he kept this up. She even gave him a few exercises to do so that he could better control his strength.

Wu Tian went back and started doing the exercises he had been given, he really didn't want to face Lin Qing's wrath if he broke her furniture
