As the group returned to the village center, Drayk was struck by a severe migraine, falling to his knees on the ground.
"What happened, Drayk?!" — asked Varian, worried.
But he heard nothing. His mind was being bombarded with hundreds of images: memories of Lady Sylren.
They were being absorbed along with the elf's status, thanks to the Greed skill — now passive. And among so many memories, some stood out... like the life of an immortal elf who caused chaos out of sheer boredom.
Drayk saw flashes. A village inhabited only by elves. Sylren lived there, in peace with her own. Until one day, bored, she manipulated the minds of everyone — except for a little girl who showed resistance to her powers.
For fun, Sylren incited a war among the elves. A brutal massacre. In the end, only the little girl survived. Sylren herself adopted her, and together they joined a faction that would later become known as the Order of the Eclipse.
