Council Chamber – Dimly Lit and Tense
The air in the room is thick with urgency as Council Member 2 paces, frustration evident in his expression.
Council Member 2: Izaki and his group are hiding. We need to find him—immediately.
Council Member 3 (frowning): I know, but how? He removed all the tracking devices.
Council Member 2 (smirking): I know someone who can track him down.
Council Member 3 (curious): Who?
Council Member 2: Aramaki.
Council Member 3 (shocked): What?! He left us long ago!
Council Member 2 (calmly): Before he left, he made me a promise—one last mission in our service.
Council Member 3 (skeptical): But why bring him in for something like this? Surely, we don't need him for such a small mission.
Council Member 2 (serious): Small mission? If even one of our secrets gets out, we're doomed. Izaki knows too much. His survival is a direct threat to us.
Council Member 3 (reluctantly): Alright. Call him, then.
(A moment later, the heavy doors creak open. Aramaki steps inside, his presence commanding attention. A seasoned assassin, his reputation precedes him.)
Aramaki (crossing his arms): What's the mission?
Council Member 2 (coldly): Find and kill Izaki.
Aramaki (surprised): What?! What did he do?
Council Member 2 (grimly): He failed his mission to destroy the building and eliminate all inside.
Aramaki (frowning): But that building was reduced to rubble. Everyone inside was killed.
Council Member 2 (eyes narrowing): Not everyone. He left his sister alive. And now, he's in hiding—with Kazen.
Aramaki exhales sharply, running a hand through his hair.
Aramaki: So, he's gone rogue.
Council Member 2 (nodding): Precisely. And we cannot allow that.
Aramaki (firmly): Leave this mission to me. I'll finish it in three days.
Council Member 2 (smirking): I believe in you. You're the only one strong enough to take him on in a one-on-one fight.
Aramaki (grinning slightly): I can handle it.
(The room falls silent, the weight of the mission heavy in the air. As Aramaki turns to leave, a dark sense of finality lingers. The hunt for Izaki has begun.)
(Scene shifts to Izaki's secret base—an underground hideout filled with weapons, maps, and scattered documents. The atmosphere is tense.)
Izaki (pacing): I think they've started searching for me. But without trackers, they won't find us.
Kazen (grimly): No… they can.
Izaki (stopping in his tracks): What do you mean?
Kazen (taking a deep breath): Aramaki is with them.
Izaki (eyes widening): What?! Aramaki is back?! He left the organization years ago!
Kazen (nodding): I know. I don't understand why, but I overheard the council discussing it.
Hellesa (crossing her arms): Why are you both acting so nervous? Who is Aramaki?
Kazen (serious): He's the best detective the organization has ever had. No secret stays hidden from him. If they've sent him after us… it's only a matter of time before he finds us.
Izaki (grimly): And he's not just a detective. He was also the strongest fighter in the organization.
Hellesa (tense): Stronger than you?
Izaki (clenching his fists): By far. I've never beaten him. No one has.
(The room falls silent as the weight of Izaki's words sinks in. The air is thick with unease.)
Kazen (whispering): If he's hunting us, we need to move. Now.
(A sudden clink echoes through the base—footsteps. A presence. Before anyone can react, the door creaks open. A shadow steps inside. Calm. Unhurried. Watching them.)
Aramaki (smirking): Hi, guys.
(Scene fades to black.)
