But even after all of this Max never stopped training he kept developing and trying to master the 2nd awakening, As Max was training in the underground hall that was spacious Jennifer came and offered a sparring match, Max agreed and a surprised expression was on Jennifer's face because she thought that Max would have discriminated her as she is a female.
Max sets his fighting stance same as for Jennifer and at the same time they both went to their 2nd awakening and they leaped at each other when Max was about to throw a punch he got kicked in the face he was surprised but he put one hand down and he did a kick but it was easily blocked and Jennifer grabbed his leg and threw him across the room, Max hit a wall but he quickly picked himself up.
He charged he jumped and he did consecutive kicks but Jennifer is blocking all of them with one hand, Max stops and leaps backwards "How come your are number 8 with your current strength?" asked Max "Because i hated the 6 position so i pretended to grow weak and i got degraded to number 8" answered Jennifer "Bored" said Max, And he shock his head in imbued his fist with mana and charged with a right jab, it overwhelmed Jennifer but she blocked but she didn't notice a second was an uppercut.

Max started thinking deeply about his dream to become a Royal knight but he starts denying the possibility that he can even stand a chance and he wants to stay on one dream at a time and his reason for wanting to be a royal knight is because his farther was a Royal Knight, so he just wanted to follow his fathers footsteps and to be that best Royal Knight and then he remembers that the knights academy was about to be done reconstructing and he is going back to school.
As Max was busy thinking Jennifer walks up to Max and tells him a surprise and Max was confused since they only got married a week ago, After Jennifer builds up suspense she decides not to say Max felt frustrated and just appeared just to laugh at Max, Max feels like he could explode and he notices that it was already nighttime so he bathed and ate supper, brushed his teeth and went to bed and he just smiled out of nowhere.
