Adrien spun around to counter another strike which would have probably resulted in another critical hit. One of the creatures used its sharp claws to cut adrien's knees, making him drop to the ground in pain.
He could see his life flash before his eyes as one of the creatures leapt at his head to finish the job when out of nowhere, a bident phased into existence ant hit the creature's head exploding it on the spot. The creatures looked back at the direction where the bident came from and saw a man with werewolf features exuding a terrifying aura that made the creatures tremble. The wolf man looked up and grinned.
