In a large office sat two people on two plain white chairs, the office was pretty empty save for a long couch that rested close to the door and the desk on which the doctor's hand and a bunch of documents rested on.
The doctor on a white coat, with a clean shaved face, his dark hair was combed forward, his dark brown eyes seems tired as he reported the situation to the other person— Ryder.
"He seems to have a panic attack, most likely from a trauma". Even his tone showed how tired he was, but strangely it didn't diminish the brilliance his body was excluding.
"You heard his tale, they wasn't anything that could probably traumatize him to cry". Ryder was confused what could have have had such an effect on him, judging from his tale he didn't see anything to warrant such a reaction.
"Not everyone mental fortitude is the same, what could be horrifying for this one may be brushed off by someone else".
"You're right, I should look at it from that direction".
"You should, I mean look at him". With that he tinted his head to stare at the boy, Ryder too looked over from his shoulder to stare at the boy sitting on the couch.
The boy had bright scarlet hair, it was as if he realized someone was looking at him, he raised up his head to reveal his strange eyes, his iris was like a scarlet gem that reflected light into his pupil, if someone looked closely he could see that he didn't have a pupil, it was the refracted light shining from his gem like iris.
He had a big smile plastered on his face, with the smile he looked like a weirdo, Dr. Smith retracted his gaze to focus on Ryder, who similarly turned back.
"He definitely needs therapy". Dr. Smith said in. Matter of fact voice.
"How many sessions are we talking about".
"Three".
"Doesn't that seem a little too little".
"I was thinking daily for three months".
"Hmmm, that will do".
"Yeah he's broken".
Eclipse didn't bother with them as he took in the sight of the room with that same broken expression.
'I never knew the air could be so fresh, the colors are vibrant, my heart is pounding'. Believe it or not he didn't know a heart could breath, he never really knew when he concluded that a heart could beat, it was only after the previous incident that he realized heart in general did in fact beat. When his heart started to beat for the first time back when he faced off the stain, he thought it was only temporary or it would only beat when he was about to fight.
After waking up that day, his mind started flashing images of what had happened, he began to vividly feel the emotion as if he was back there, and the worst thing, he actually developed a trauma. A trauma, hell he didn't even feel fear when he faced off on the Stain, if he haven't awaken his dormant heart he wouldn't even feel fear and grasp the information or emotion needed to pass the trial. After calming down he was told to rest which he did by sleeping, after waking up Ryder took him to the see the doctor, that was how they got here.
The reason for his strange smile was that everything appeared so new, as if he was previously viewing the world from a broken tinted glass, but now he was looking at it from a crystal clear glass. The environment was thrilling and thriving with motes of lights that he now rediscovered as colours. He knew about colours but they were previously dull to him now they were bright.
"Come on let's go". Ryder was already on his way out when he called out. Eclipse quickly stood up bowed a little to the doctor as a thank you sign to which the doctor simply Wazed his hand.
They were walking through the one of the sideways when something strange happened. Eclipse looked out from under the cover of the side walk, rubbed his eyes then walked again, stopped again to look at the the still walking Ryder, then back outside and asked in a bewildered voice.
"I-i-is it raining outside". Yes rain inside the school, rain was falling inside the school wetting the ground and everything unfortunate to not be on the sidewalks.
"Oo that, that's just some wilderness survival training class, nothing to be a country side bumkin for".
Eclipse ignored whatever it was Ryder was saying and focused on the fact that just few feet away from him, rain was falling.
"Come on I got things to do". Just as he finished talking, a sound rang out, taking something from his pocket, Eclipse could see that it was a strange elongated square shaped item, swiping his hand over the surface, Ryder stopped the sound and proceeded to put the item on his ear and started to talk.
'have he gone mad, who is he talking to'. Eclipse was confused, he was pretty sure only a lunatic would put an item on his ear and start to talk at thin air.
"It seems it on you from here on, take this". Ryder extended his hand at him holding a map. Eclipse took the map out of his hand with that Ryder proceeded to leave.
"And by the way, it's only a map and just that".
what does he mean by that'. Eclipse thought in confusion, as he realized what Ryder meant, daily he was long gone. But that didn't stop him from shouting.
"I know how to use a map, as soon as I know the entrance and the exit". Eclipse unfurled the map only to see that someone has already drawn a line from the doctor office to the therapist office to his classroom and then to his room.
Eclipse took in a deep breath to surpress the anger surging inside of him, at the bulant disrespect for his IQ.
He walked briskly to his room, the one he has been staying ever since he woke up. It was a small two room, on the first room rested his bed, the only singular thing here, the other room was bigger, it a smaller room on it which was the bathroom and the remaining space outside the bathroom was a mirror and a basin to brush his teeth.
He went directly to the bed, lay on it thought about some things and drifted to sleep
