After finishing their meal, they left the restaurant and went on their way to the next point on the agenda.

Luan could only sigh; he wasn't looking forward to that. People in power were always so rigid.
"Kian, you can do the talking; I'll just chill in the back with Clover," Luan muttered.
Slowing his pace, he walked next to Clover, placing his arm around her waist and pulling her close.
Kian rolled his eyes but refrained from commenting as he kept leading the way.
Clover, on the other hand, had a smile on her face. "Don't worry, my lord. I'll take care of you," she said, snuggling close.
Luan was momentarily surprised, but right after, he started enjoying it. With a grin, he held her even closer.
