CHAPTER 59
The band had ended their first set of the night. And it was already midnight. Ade and Aurora returned to their table. They ordered another snacks and shots. Aurora could feel that the alcohol effect in her system was slightly gone from moving her body that made her sweat on the dancefloor. And she knew that Max's group was still upstairs for she sometimes caught him looking down on the ground floor. She didn't want to assume that he was checking on her but she couldn't stop herself. Having glimpses of him made her smile.
"Ade, let's roam around. Let's go upstairs." She told Ade after drinking a few shots and was munching some kind of junk food. She doesn't drink if there wasn't food.
Ade gave her a hostile look. "Ano namang gagawin mo doon? Dahil ba kay Max? (What will you do there? Is it because of Max?)"
