After leaving the government office Lu Xiao Tian headed towards the library located in the merchant's district , that was the one funded by the government where he could get the cultivation manuals for the body strengthening realm . After seeing the man turn the corner he put the key in the keyhole and opened the door to the room . The room was moderately sized with a single person bed, a cupboard , a study pale and a window opening to the training ground in the backyard , the academy was also visible from the window .
There was an open space in front of the bed and besides the table to move around a little or to cultivate . There was a packet of papers on the study which he opened to find the rules of the dormitory which he read through .
The main rules were no violence and about the schedules for stuff like food and training ground ,as well as methods to contact the managers in case of an emergency ."So dinner is in three hours , then I should use this time to read through the manuals ." taking the manuals he sat on the bed and began reading through them .
One hour later
