Sitting and waiting for someone to either rescue her or that dragon prince to actually keep his word is driving Lily crazy. Her stomach started to growl and there wasn't a scrap of food in sight. Having laid on the bed for a while she tried to ignore her stomach and the situation.
The door opens and the young prince walks in with a tray of food setting it on the table. "Well your story checks out. I am so sorry for the confusion, and my brother should be here soon. I know you have been waiting a while so I thought to bring you something to eat." The young prince lifted the lid revealing a sandwich and some fruit. Seeing no harm Lily sat at the table saying, "Thank you. I am glad the rumors about you were false." Taking a bit the flavor hit just right and her stomach didn't say no.
