"Okay, Freeda, talk to me," Zion ordered as he sat down.
"Yes, master." She pulled out two clipboards and handed one to him. "Over the past year, we've monitored and documented every criminal activity that happened in this city. According to our information, there are four gangs that operate here. Please flip to page 2."
Zion flipped the page.
"First, to the east, we have the Horned Bear Gang. They deal in drug trafficking and demand protection fees. They are recognizable by the bear tattoo they have on their arms."
Zion furrowed his brow. "Protection fees? In this place? He's basically asking them to give up their life."
"Indeed. Those who are able to pay are barely hanging on by a thread. And those who can't, they get sold as slaves. This brings us to the second gang here, the Viper Gang. These guys are literal snakes, moving in the shadows to kidnap children or take anyone who isn't able to pay their protection fees."
