The growth can't be done without any growing work and my skill as you know applies everywhere constantly and increasingly fast at times.
Currently my growth is 4 times faster than average, two times multiply two times as you already know.
The growth applied to the [Leader's Hardship Assignment], as
[Growth has applied to the assignment given, the conditions will grow by 10 percent every week and after 10 weeks the 10 percent of the cumulative conditions will increase]
To put it simply, my weeks at every month will become more harsh and rewarding. The assignment I got was,

Slay a boss monster (0/1)
100 squats
100 push ups
10 km run]
An improvised anime schedule to become the most powerful. But though the rewards were way satisfying.

[Penalty: Upon failure of assignment any day will reduce your stats by 10 percent for 6 hours and team members and leaders will have a 0.01% stat reduction]
The insane penalty was going to grow and also I am on a point where my group is not big.
Sam came, he said to me,"Boss we need more people to operate, so should I try to find and start as a group leader with group members. If possible, also suggest a name."
