General Maru slammed his cane against the floor, laughing so hard he was gasping for breath. "I can't breathe! I can't! Hahahaha! Another one-move kill! Epic! Epic!!"
He wheeled around to General Liang, who was furiously scribbling notes into a small leather notebook. "What the hell are you doing?!"
"Taking notes." General Liang adjusted his glasses seriously. "This level of combat efficiency must be studied, understood, and admired. The future of combat is here."
"You don't even like mechas!!" General Riki shouted.
Meanwhile, General Hong Fei, the largest of them all, wiped tears of laughter from his eyes.
He looked at Damien Bloodbane like a proud father. "Kid, well done. This is the best thing that has happened to us old fogies in months."
General Maru nodded solemnly before breaking into another fit of laughter. "Generations of rivalry, and we finally get to put those mecha bastards in their place!"
