Knowing that his body was safe in the Venomous Beauty's hands, Edmund embraced the feeling of finding himself near the tranquil sea, the sea with shores suitable for a beach like Miami.
Falling unconscious felt good.
It was like taking a break from work so you could refresh your soul. Uh... no! There was no refreshment when the goddamned goddess had threatened to take his erection away. It was the only thing that kept Edmund sane... for now. If he lost it, he didn't know if dying would not be the following thing he would do.
Now that the goddess had said losing it for a week, Edmund didn't feel pressured. He could fail the mission and wait for a week to teach her a lesson. There is no way he was going to kill someone who had saved him. Someone whose eyes showed fear... unless if the goddamned goddess was going to give him a reasonable reason to do so of course.
