Darius couldn't do anything to shift Lena; she had seen him on the floor. Motionless, her worst fear had almost come true when she thought that her brother had passed away.
Lena clung to Darius that night, not leaving him even after they had dinner. He had no choice but to make his bed cozy enough for the both of them so she wouldn't be worried.
When Darius laid down, he noticed Lena looking at him. He smiled as he leaned in to kiss her on the forehead.
"Nothing is going to happen to me. I am fine now, and you can get some rest." Darius smiled; Lena was still looking at him, not trying to shut her eyes even for a second.
"If I sleep, then you might pass out like that again. I am not taking the risk." Lena was hellbent on watching Darius, she couldn't bear the thought of losing the only family she had.
