Who are Celestial Dragons? They are a group of people who rule the entire world. They think of themselves as gods and one, causing a lot of problems for the people who want to be left alone.
When he first arrives in this world, Furan is happy because he gets reincarnated into the anime he loves. He even wants to be a Marine rather than a pirate. However, when the slave traders appear in his village, butchering and capturing the people in the village, he knows that he cannot join the Marines.

Furan screams in pain as a stone hits his head thrown by one of the slave traders. When he gets hit by the stone, he loses his balance, which makes him fall into the cliff next to him.

He screams as his body falls. The slave traders look at him and see him fall through the tree that is growing on the cliff. One of them looks at the one throwing the stone and says.
"You bastard! Look at what you have done! Our Bonus is now gone! Dammit, Jared!"
"Yeah. You idiot!"
"Argh! Now I cannot taste his cute butt!"
While the slave traders are arguing and leaving, they do not see Furan manage to grab into the tree and crawl his way into a small hole inside the cliff. After crawling for a minute, he arrived inside a hollow room inside the cliff.
He is panting as his heart beats so fast from adrenaline and the stamina he spent from running away from the slave traders.
After resting for ten minutes, he gets up and looks around the cavern. He can see a lake inside, and above the lake are crystals that drip water into the lake. He can see a small pathway to the small island in the middle of the lake. In the middle of the island is a tree with a singular fruit hanging. It is a weird fruit. It is pure white with a golden stem that circles above the fruit like a halo. The fruit also has a golden 'wing' like leaves coming out of the fruit itself.
"Devil Fruit?"
This is the first time he sees a Devil Fruit, especially when it is still hanging on the tree. Devil Fruit users are not that rare, unlike East Blue. However, this is the first time he sees one still in the tree.
He follows the pathway and plucks the fruit out of the tree. He blinks a little when he sees the tree shiver before breaking into dirt. He looks at the fruit in his hand for a moment before biting it.
"Urgh. It is as awful as people said it was."
However, he pushes through and eats the entire fruit. When he is done, he can feel his body start to change. He grows taller, twelve wings coming out of his back, and a golden halo appears above his head.
"Zoan fruit, huh? By the look of it, it is a Mythical Zoan. Type Seraph, perhaps? Angel that has twelve wings is Seraph, right?"
He looks to the wall to his right and points his finger at it. With a small gesture, a golden light flies out of his finger and pierces through the thick wall like a hot knife through butter. I leave a five-meter hole in the wall.
"Holy shit. Maybe literally because my shit must be holy when I am in this form."
He shakes his head and deactivates his form, returning to his normal size. He will test his fruit power later, but for now, his eyes see another thing in this cavern. He sees the skeleton of a person next to a giant boulder not too far away from the lake.
However, what catches his attention is the item next to the skeleton. It is an item that he thought he would never see after reincarnating into this world. It is a smartphone.
Standing near the skeleton, he picks up the phone and blinks when he sees it is still alive. However, as he brings the phone close to his face, it starts to shine.

He tries to throw away the phone, but even with the help of his new Zoan form, he cannot do so.
