Ryosuke leaned back on the couch, watching Nori with that signature lazy grin.
"Have lunch with me tomorrow."
Nori squinted at him like he'd just suggested they commit a crime.
"I can't. I have job hunting to do. You know, like a responsible adult who doesn't live off mafia sugar daddy money."
Ryosuke raised an eyebrow.
"Tch. You're really dramatic for someone that small."
Nori glared.
"Excuse me?"
Ryosuke tilted his head, smirk deepening.
"You're like this tiny, angry little thing flapping around."
Then, with a snap of his fingers, "You know what? You're my Baby Bird now."
Nori looked personally offended.
"I—What? No. Absolutely not. That's degrading."
"Too late," Ryosuke said, entirely too satisfied with himself.
"You squawk like one. All fluffed up, puffing your chest like you're going to scare someone. Baby Bird it is."
Nori put a hand on his hip.
"Baby Bird has things to do tomorrow. Baby Bird is trying to get his life together."
