Lunara gasped, pointing an accusatory finger at Eryx. "You tricked me!"
Eryx leaned against the doorframe, arms crossed, clearly amused. "Did I?"
Her face burned as she scrambled to her feet, still half-hidden beside the bed. "Yes, you did! Who does that? You walked away! You even told the maid I wasn't here!"
"I didn't lie." His smirk deepened. "You weren't here. You were hiding."
Lunara grabbed the nearest pillow and hurled it at him. He caught it effortlessly, his laughter making her even more angry, "Go away!"
Eryx arched an eyebrow, tossing the pillow back onto the bed. "You want me to leave now? Weren't you just sulking because I didn't look for you?"
Lunara gasped, frowning. "I am not!"
He let out a low chuckle, stepping closer. "No? Then what were you doing, hiding like a three year old child?"
Flustered, she crossed her arms. "I was… resting."
Eryx nodded, pretending to believe her. "Ah, of course. Resting. Behind the bed. On the floor."
