3. Expert - Intermediate mastery. The wielder gains greater efficiency, unlocking refined techniques.
4. Specialist - Significant proficiency. Sigils exhibit powerful, controlled effects, often with minimal energy expenditure.
5. Savant - Near the pinnacle of mortal skill. Signature techniques emerge, and combat intuition sharpens.

5. Mystic Sigils [Legendary]
These classifications serve as general guidelines. A common sigil Sovereign may surpass the strength of a Mystic sigil Sovereign, proving that true power lies in understanding and intent.
