The soldiers would not do as she asks because they would fear Norrington as their boss. She could not go to Jack sparrow that has the crow mouth and use her to his advantage. Also he is currently in the prison and she could not visit him easily.
So she has to find simple minded people that would keep their mouths shut and believe her nonsense. Suddenly she remembered the two soldiers that are guarding the ship near the docks.
They are called Murtogg and Mullroy are supporting characters with soldier roles in the Pirates of the Caribbean. They are two dimwitted soldiers who are assigned to guard any ship in Port Royal from pirates, although they tend to get distracted easily.
They are currently assigned to protect the HMS interceptor that is said to be the second fastest ship in the sea right after black pearl. They would not leave that place and not many people with go to that place.
These two guards are completely stupid and they can be manipulated very easily with her words. Still she was not sure if she can convince them to fuck her and let her lose her virginity. So she needs a skill. For the dimwits like them seduction is useless.
Even if she seduces them the fear from Norrington would make them unable to fuck her. She has to make sure that they would feel that they are doing something good and it is a great service to Norrington and the empire.

With the skill description Elizabeth understood everything that needed to be understood. She was really grateful to the system that gave her this skill. This was the best skill she can use to convince the dimwit soldiers.
She doesn't know their level but her words mixed with lies can easily let them believe her words. Also she plans to improve this skill to level 2 with 300 lust points from the 420 lust points she had on hand.
With that she will be able to convince anyone at level 10 and chance of convincing people above that would be easy too. Also she added 100 lust points to her level and improved her level from level 0 to level 10.
With that all of her capabilities increased by 10 percent. She simply lifted something and felt that lifting the thing is much easier than before. Previously she has a hard time lifting a big box of makeup kit.
But now she can lift it easily than she could before. It is not that she became stronger by a large margin. It is just a small improvement. Still she will not be able to compete with a man with her strength.
It is already after noon and the cursed pirates of the black pearl would come here around at night. So she has to sneak out of the mansion to meet with the dimwit soldiers and complete the mission.

But it is not guaranteed to save him. So she has to find a different solution or reliance for herself. She did not have anyone other than her father as far as she knows. Norrington would die, will would be cursed and her father dead.
It was hard for her to live without anyone in the future. She was planning to buy a ship and become a sea trader to gain as much of benefits as she possibly can with the help of the system.
