"It's good to know that Ms Rhys will stand by her word. After all, integrity is considered a great virtue to a good businessman or rather woman in this case. Otherwise in the future, who dares take you seriously?"
"You don't need to remind me what I already know," snorted Willow.
"Of course, Ms Rhys," Shantel agreed, smiling mysteriously as she turned around so that she was directly facing the shoppers who were still shopping normally and not interested in the squabbles between them.
"What are you trying to do?" Monica asked, already sensing something off.
"Nothing much. Just trying to gather more witnesses. After all, I'm standing alone. What if things go awry later and—," Shantel, left the words hanging and then cleared her throat as if she hadn't just been speaking.
It was a pity, she could only get the attention of the people on that floor. But it would suffice for now. If her plan went well, she would still achieve her aim.
