There was once a world. A beautiful world, it's land was full of life, sea full of mysteries and a never ending descent, Sky of fleeting freedom that come's with never ending ascent.
with the sky comes the huge, vast veil of darkness. It's occasional dots of light that illuminates the dark sky was captivating if not enchanting.
That was the world that existed once, the existence of the world called Earth.
And now it was gone, reduced to nothing. But a dying star, life was gone, so was the mysteries of the deep ocean, the sky of never ending ascent was gone too... succumbing to the veil of darkness.
that is the view of the last human to ever lived... a depressing end.
they were able to reached the end, but at what cost.
seeing her cry in agony was painful, looking through the window of the system i can't help but wail too..
Earth was far too precious to lose... And they did they're best to protect it, but alas they were unsuccessful they didn't able to protect it.
for their god has abandoned them... no it was more likely that it wasn't even alive to help them...Such a pity.
as i wail in pain, tears flowing into the fur of my cheeks, dropping, escaping to my body only to disintegrate into white sparks.
the girl... no. the last human spoke, " He... was the only hope."
hearing it, i tilted my head a little. hitting the giant chains tied to me with my horn, it rang a little.
at that time i cannot speak, she was still inside a scenario. she cannot hear me nor can i speak to her.
all that i can do was watched and record it.
after a while of silence, struggling to speak again because of the pain. The left side of her stomach was gone, leaving a hole on her body.
the girl spoke again... this time with pain and groan, it looks like this is the last words of humanity.

and that's that... the last words of humanity, it is time that i fulfill my promise as the bard assigned to humanity by the system... i shall sing their journey through the cosmos...

Looking through the message screen, my jaw would have dropped if not for the giant pin piercing through my back and coming out through my mouth, connected to the giant chains prisoning us into this world. Where the system reside... A world of numbers.
Nevertheless i need to find the user or more precisely the capturer of present... after all only gods can create a natural authority and it varies on power.
As I scroll through several file's of beings i did not find the holder of Present... as if it did not exist.
I even used the filter system and tweake it out, but alas there was no existence of a man holder of the natural authority present.
but still i have to do what i need to do, open the communication tab for other Bard overseers and askd if they heard the natural authority Present.
however it was met with disdain as many Bard's also asked me what it is, I was hoping i can know it's power so that i can pin point the beings on the universe that might not be on my list.
it is mostly unlikely because the system asked me, therefore i have it.
But at the same time, I don't...
it was confusing, the system has seen it. detected even, but i don't have it. it's even more confusing because the system has seen it, the system were special being or thing - no one really knows. - it exist in the past and future.
it houses the founding mother's natural authority, past and future. something i cannot do... nor anyone really. therefore i was confused earlier.
how was the most special and efficient guide in the universe panicking, it seems like it doesn't know what to do.
as i think and thought of the solution the system is constantly bombarding me with personal messages... it kept telling me there was no time, but what can i do? i also dont know who or what it is.
Just as I'm panicking i remember someone's voice.
The last of the human's voice... or specifically it's message before dying and disintegrating.
Remembering it. I immediately rushed through her connection running through her history.
she was the one who activated [ Chron ] in the first place... ' I'm so dumb how could i forget that..'
feeling dumb i ran and ran through her memories, history anything that i can find.
the girl wasn't that really friendly she only has select of friends. enough only to be called a group of friends.
I rush as much as i could, but i wasn't fast enough. so I did what many wouldn't do. I revived all of her friends for a moment to house the Natural Authority [Present].
Activating [ Chron ] would have been cathasthropic resulting in the universe being stopped since the world it's assigned was dead and gone. it will set it's target into the universe the that houses the target. that's why it had to be stopped or controlled at the very least.
afte reviving them, i was right. one of them - although i don't know which - housed [Present], it activated.
...And the most baffling screen message I ever saw appeared. it was something impossible, it overright the strongest natural authority that came from the being that created all.
[ Natural Authority... Present has been acivated.
For the world of forgotten... may you rest in peace, you who existed everywhere yet forgotten... pitiful creature this Natural Authority

stunned at what the personal message were, no one sacrificed themselves...
why would we? we don't even know what is happening...
As contraty as it may sound, our clinging to life wasn't just some selfishness...
Currently nothing is happening in the universe. Only the system is panicking.
So we didn't...
And The end came...
The system messaged one last time...
