Zain met Velra outside the ruined chamber.
His clothes were torn, and his body was covered in blood.
But there was no sign of injuries in his body.
Velra looked at him for a moment, her eyes scanning his form.
She already knew that her master would be fine.
The strange ability he had made sure of that.
"You're done, huh, master?" Velra asked.
Zain nodded, wiping a bit of blood from his lip.
Yeah, I've killed them all. The slaves. They won't be a problem anymore."
Velra's eyes flicked toward the area they had just left behind. "I see."
Zain exhaled, looking ahead. "Then what will you do now?"
Velra paused for a moment but then gave a confident nod.
"As always, I will follow you, master."
She stepped forward, her expression serious.
"But I want to go to other Valcair bases."
"I plan to retrain the girls there."
"Make them your soldiers. Your slaves, as they should be."
"They will serve you, just like I do."
Zain tilted his head slightly, his expression unreadable.
