A file is placed in front of Qazi.
> Home Minister: "You will lead it. From now on, you answer only to the central government. No more restrictions from local police."
Qazi nods, accepting the responsibility.
> Qazi: "We don't serve politics. We serve justice."
The officials exchange glances.
> Home Minister (smirking): "Just solve the crimes, ACP. We'll handle the rest."
Black Squad is now a government-backed elite unit.
Their first case as an official task force?
"The Dead Man's Call."

Qazi leans forward.
> Qazi: "Why two years ago?"
Siddharth takes a deep breath.

Imran and Qazi exchange glances.
> Imran: "You're clearly alive."
Siddharth nods.
> Siddharth: "Legally, I was declared dead in 2023. But… I survived."
> Qazi: "Who made that declaration?"

Rohan smirks, setting down his whiskey glass.

Qazi shows the call log.

Rohan's smirk disappears.
> Rohan (calmly): "So? It's probably a prank."
Imran steps closer.
> Imran: "Two years ago, you had your own brother declared dead."
> Arjun: "And yet, he's alive. You want to explain that?"
Rohan chuckles, pouring another drink.
> Rohan: "It's a long story, officers. But let me make it simple: My brother was a fool. He trusted the wrong people. I had to take over the company."
Imran glares at him.
> Imran: "You mean you stole it."
Rohan shrugs.
> Rohan: "Business is business."
Qazi doesn't smile.
> Qazi: "Where's the SIM card? The one from Siddharth's old number?"
Rohan pauses.
For the first time, he looks nervous.
> Rohan: "I… I don't know."
Arjun grabs Rohan by the collar.
> Arjun: "Lies won't save you. Where is it?"
Rohan gulps.
> Rohan (whispering): "It was buried. With his body."
The room goes dead silent.

Qazi's jaw tightens.

Neha scans the remains.

Imran exhales.

Arjun looks at the body.
