As I became a teacher of English language in Matrix center, I always told myself to be the best among my colleagues. So, I created my own style of teaching that is based on making more animation than following the strict academic method that has been hated by almost all students or learners. I put my strategy that is based on helping all students from different ages to at least speak fluent as well as simple, easy English. Many learners have said that mine is unique. This witness helped me to get a previledge position in the eyes of my director, who have always showed a great respect to my personality. Despite of all these, there are also some problems that o have passed through this new experience in my own country.
