Aurora had already lost absolutely everything she possessed and she didn't want another soul to be sacrificed just so that she could escape, even if it meant her own death.
She was going to stand up, but Max caught her hand and said, "You need to escape now. I will follow you soon. My Talisman will teleport you instantly so use it quickly."
"But...."
"We don't have time for this," Max coughed up some blood and pleaded. "Just use this Escape Talisman to leave this Kingdom. There's a small town named Maple Town of Kelar Kingdom. Take refuge there and hide for some time."
Aurora's words choked in her mouth, as she couldn't help but become emotional. Maybe it was because of so many things she had witnessed in just a few hours or maybe she was simply touched by how Max was willingly sacrificing himself for her.
"Don't make that face," Max scoffed lightly. "I'm harder to kill than you think, so leave now; otherwise we both will die and me coming here would be in complete vain."
