Aric stood up. He took another glance at the dust before turning away. The Spirit Cult—this was the first time he had heard of them, and he saw the sign, the same sign Terra had shown him.
'I have to find out what I can about the Spirit Cult,' Aric thought.
They left the scene, leaving behind the bodies of the men whose existence had been erased.
"I have a question. How come we didn't forget about their existence? All of us still remember those men and what happened to them," Deca suddenly asked. Her words made all of them pause and think about it. What really made them not forget?
"Sigh, I want to ask Ariel about the Spirit Cult as fast as I possibly can. We should head back," Aric said.
"What about the food that got the goblins so hyped up?" Pentharis asked.
"I'll find a way. I can't waste any time looking for what to hunt," Aric said.
"You don't have to worry about that. I've already spotted a wild hog," Quadoris said.
