Chapter 16 - Confession (4).

Victoria's POV.

For a moment I lay in bed the after-effects of my actions rushing in, making me feel insecure and doubtful.

Evan left the bed as soon as he was done and it made me feel really sh*tty but what he did next warmed my heart like never before.

He entered the room once again, completely naked from head to toe but he had a small tube of cream in his hand which caught my attention.

''Turn around, Vicky, let me take care of you.''

I could feel my eyes widen in surprise, it's not like my butt hurt anymore, it did sting a little but I felt no pain right now.

''I...I am fine'' I stuttered slightly embarassed.

It's funny how I was embarrassed after everything we did together today.

Evan shook his head in disapproval, ''But I am not, let me take care of you.''

So I agreed turning around as he softly applied the soothing cream on my butt, his hands soft and gentle as if he was afraid I would break if he pressed a little hard.

For a second there were no movements but then he pulled me close, embraced me and pulled a blanket, draping us both together.

Before I had time to process this warm feeling he pressed a kiss on the crown of my head, ''How are you feeling?''

That question almost brought tears to my eyes, I had only been in a relationship once, and the guy I used to date never cared about how I felt after we were intimate. He used to turn his back as I lay questioning my worth.

''I am fine, it was not as painful as I thought it would be, How many years have you been doing this for?''

I felt Evan's throat vibrate on my neck as he chuckled, ''I told you, I am not too much into delivering pain, but I cannot say I am not into it at all, I do enjoy it but not the kind that would have litres of tears streaming down from your eyes and it's only been 2 years.''

I nodded my head absentmindedly drawing circles on his arms that held me close, ''I have always wanted to try it but people I spoke to online had extreme tastes and I wasn't into anything extreme.''

Evan turned me around abruptly, ''Have you never done this before?'' he asked with a frown on his face.

I shook my head in denial, ''No.''

He sighed, ''God's sake Vicky, you could have told me, I would have been more gentle.''

I shrugged, ''I liked it though, I like it this way.''

Evan gave me a side eye that made me laugh so loud that the bed started shaking, ''What's with that expression!''

He ruffled my hair, the action made my heart go crazy for a moment, ''I had a problem with my previous partners the first girl I dated was too scared to try anything the second girl wanted too much pain, it was one of the reasons why we didn't work out.''

''So are you confessing to me right now?'' I asked playfully.

Evan narrowed his eyes as if he was considering it seriously, ''Not really, but we can take it further if you want to, but for now, let's not label what we have.''

I agreed putting a label on relationships would make it awkward especially relationships like ours.

He continued, ''Let's keep things casual until we both develop genuine feelings for each other or we can break it off when you feel like it.''

''Mm, Should we let Maddie know?''

I watched Evan's eyes go as wide as a saucepan, ''No way, not until we make things official, she would murder me.''

I chuckled, ''True that, so we are not letting her know and acting as cool as we are now?''

He nodded his head, ''Yup! Exactly, now would you like to sleep or do something else because I have a lot of energy still stacked up.''

I playfully hit his chest as I watched him grin like a fool, and then we both hugged to sleep until the evening.

Evan was the sweetest guy I knew, except when in bed.

Laying in his arms felt like laying in a blanket of clouds as sleep took over me.

By the time I woke up the room was dark as Evan's soft breath fell on my neck, I checked my phone only to realize that Madeline had texted us asking why weren't present in college today.

''Evan! Evan!'' I slightly shook his body to wake him up.

''What is it?'' he asked his voice scratchy.

''Maddie is upset with us, both of us didn't go to college, she would have felt so lonely.''

Evan picked his phone up adjusting his eyes to the brightness, ''Sh*t, we gotta make excuses now, just tell her you had an unexpected shoot or something, I will tell her I fell sick.''

I chuckled, ''That's so mean of you, how good are you at giving excuses?''

I watched his face as he smirked, ''Pretty great at it baby girl.''
