Marek didn't think that regrowing his arm was worth it. The journey alone would bring them so much peril that they might get captured on the spot!
"Amos risked much trying to free you," Valentius countered, as he saw how Marek was looking at the exit. "He needs us. You can get us there, can't you?"
Marek took hold of a skull that was lying on the ground. He threw it to Valentius, who took a step back so it could fall and not hit him.
He didn't know to whom the skull belonged. But he did know that he didn't want to touch it.
"And how are we supposed to get to Amos?" Marek knew it when he couldn't win an argument. "And how am I supposed to kill Wrath with just one arm? Just a drop of blood, darn you! I taught you…"
Valentius marched towards Marek. As soon as he was within grabbing distance, he took hold of his collar and began to pull him towards himself.
