Assuming that the Hostess of Fertility is active around this period which is 6 years before Bell arrives in Orario, I looked up on the wiki to see if there is any year upon which it is established. Still, I came up with nothing, so I just assumed Mia established it when she retired from the Freya Familia, though the main members from the original haven't joined yet, also I don't know whether Syr is active in this period please let me know. Still busy with college but will still try to upload more of my delusions.
"Hey, have you heard that there's going to be a new male intern in the guild?" said a female adventurer.
"I know. Even with a scarred face, he's quite a looker too," another female adventurer replied.
"I wonder if he's single though," said the female adventurer.
"Yeah, I'll try asking him out if he becomes a receptionist," the other female adventurer said.
Gossip surrounding the new guild intern has spread, giving Kagami some attention. As he was by no means drawing attention to himself, his clothing upon inspection was rather fancy, so he thought of removing the gray suit, only wearing a polo with his necktie, which shows his well-defined body, so he canceled that idea. He heads over to the Guild after resting for the night at an inn near a known pub. As he enters the building once more, he meets up with the red-haired werewolf staff named Rose telling him to meet the Guild Section Chief which is the male chientrope with glasses named Rehmer.
"Here are the supplementary materials for the known bestiary in the dungeon; we also have more in the library upstairs, and I suppose you can read, write, and do calculations?" said Rehmer to Kagami handing him the materials for his studies.
"Of course, and one more thing Mr. Rehmer, can I stay in here for a while so I can familiarize myself with the inner workings of the guild and how they operate on a day-to-day basis?" Kagami asked.
"I guess but I'll ask Royman about that just to be sure so I'll be right back," the Rehmer said as he made his way to Royman's office.
As Rehmer left Kagami, he observed the other guild employees below working in their sections as the adventurer lines gradually got longer, and some of the staff handled more work than usual with the adventurer's reports. He observed a bit more but Rehmer returned to give Kagami the news.
"Royman said that you can stay and watch but only if you don't bother the other staffs working," Rehmer replied while Kagami nodded in agreement.
"Anyways, what made you apply for the guild? Looking at your well-toned body under that suit and those scars, I suppose you're not a stranger to fighting, then, why not an adventurer then?" Rehmer said to Kagami, analyzing his well-built body.
"And to answer that question, I simply want to take it slow in this chance that I have been given without much fighting. Although I am only going to be a part-timer, I still want to experience the dungeon first-hand so I can better assess the risks inside it, as I was a field agent back at my place," Kagami answered.
"Indeed, Lord Ouranos asked me that as well but as much as I want to keep those scars hidden to decrease the attention I'm currently getting, those are the ones in the most visible places outside the suit I'm wearing so it is inevitable," Kagami replied with a disappointed tone as he followed up.
"Wouldn't that be double the work for you? Plus, it's suggested that you get a Falna to dive into the Dungeon," Rehmer said in a confused tone.
"I'll prepare a contract for that one, and as for the Falna, I'll ask Lord Ouranos about it and see if I can delve into the lower floors without needing one for now," Kagami replied to Rehmer.
"If you say so. But I have an idea about diving in the dungeon as a guild staff without drawing attention," Rehmer said to Kagami.
"Ah, I see what you're getting at Mr. Rehmer." Kagami looked at Rehmer, seemingly clicking with him.
"Yes, I'll ask Royman about this later and maybe make a position for it, we could hire exploration Familia adventurers to safeguard you just in case for your assessment inside the dungeon," said the smiling Rehmer to Kagami who immediately pieced together what he was thinking.
"What's more accurate information than if a guild employee is there to observe it, though I'll only suggest this because of your unique circumstances plus if more accurate information were presented that should lessen the risk of deaths although it wouldn't change for those fools who didn't do their homework before diving into the dungeon," Rehmer said while thinking deeply.
"That is indeed a good proposition, if it were to be approved by both Royman and Lord Ouranos, that could prove to be helpful to the guild," Kagami replied to Rehmer.
"Alright, then I'll keep you updated on whether Royman and Lord Ouranos will agree to this proposal," Rehmer replied to Kagami.
"Oh wait, I have to meet with Mr. Pachebell and his family today, so I'll have to take my leave early then," Kagami said to Rehmer, looking at the wristwatch he had calibrated when entering this world.
"Alright Mr. Yotsuyu, be safe out there and make sure to stick closely to Ganesha Familia posts and patrol spots they are not easy to miss as they wear an elephant mask, so you won't get robbed seeing as you're still wearing your suit though I highly doubt those robbers can do anything to you seeing that you're somewhat affiliated with the guild as of now," as Rehmer made sure to remind Kagami about the dangers of the City.
"Also, we'll notify you via mail after a week of when you can take the examination for the guild, just be sure to study the materials I gave you and you'll pass with ease," Rehmer reminded Kagami as well.
"I'll keep that in mind then," Kagami replied to Rehmer as he left the building.
After Kagami leaves the building, he goes on his way to meet Mr. Pachebell and his family. He takes a look at the different stores on his way, seeing that the technology or tools being used commercially were way behind his World, which he saw from his identities could break the laws of physics, such as ripping space, manipulating gravity, packaging time, etc., being used commercially by the Wings. Soon he meets up with Mr. Pachebell and his family as they head down to a known pub called the Hostess of Fertility.
"Young Man, how was the Interview today?" asked Mr. Pachebell.
"It went smoothly Sir, your recommendations really work their wonders," replied Kagami.
"They also informed me that they'll send me a mail next week on when I can take the examination for the job, so I'll just need to study all the materials given to me and I think I am fine with the spot because it seemed like they need more personnel working in the reception," Kagami then followed up.
"Oh, if that's so, then good luck with your studies. I remember studying with my (Adoptive)Brother once. He always got me to slack off and listen to his violin, and we'd run away when (Adoptive)Father heard about us skipping classes." Mr. Pachebell said, reminiscing about his past with his brother.
"That's nice, I am an only child in my family, so I never knew how it felt to have a sibling, but I am sort of feeling it with Heath's company and looking up to me", Kagami said.
Soon they arrive at the Pub after their conversation...
"It seems that we're here," said Mr. Pachebell
"I have passed by this place before, but I learned from a guild staff that the food is great here," Kagami said to Mr. Pachebell.
"Oh, I'm glad. We ate here before during our last visit, and I'd recommend it myself, but the prices here do get a bit high at times, though it's worth it if I do say so myself," Mr. Pachebell said to Kagami eagerly.
"Remember, Cliff, dear. DO NOT DRINK DURING THE DAY, UNDERSTOOD?" Mrs. Pachebell said to her husband in a somewhat warning and imposing tone.
"Alright Maelle, I promise," said Mr. Pachebell to his wife with a hint of submission.
"Dad, can we enter now? I'm hungry," Heath told his father with a grumbling stomach.
"Alright, alright, we'll head over now son," Mr. Pachebell said to his hungry son.
Soon, the family heads into the pub, where a waitress greets them. The waitress then leads them to a table. After that, a towering dwarven woman comes and converses with Mr. and Mrs. Pachebell.
"Nice to see you again Mr. and Mrs. Pachebell, and it seems like your kid has grown up a little," said the towering dwarven woman.
"Indeed so, Heath has been eating his greens more often than before," Mrs. Pachebell replied.
"Uh-huh, I'm gonna eat my veggies so I will grow up big and strong like big brother," said Heath with a bragging tone.
"Oh, I'm looking forward to that kiddo," replied Mia to Heath.
"Anyways, who's this fancy-looking lad here? Is he a relative of yours?" the dwarven woman asked the couple while looking at Kagami.
"No, Ms. Mia, but he did save our lives though, plus he's trying to get on his own two feet in these foreign lands, so I'm doing what I can to help him," said Mr. Pachebell.
"My apologies Ma'am, my name is Yotsuyu Kagami. Pleased to meet the owner of this establishment," Kagami said to Mia introducing himself.
"The name is Mia Grand, pleased to meet ya too lad" Mia replied.
"Though I'm being supported by Mr. and Mrs. Pachebell, I am currently applying for a job at the guild so I can support myself. I am grateful for my benefactors helping me this far," Kagami said to Mia.
"Is that so, then hey lad, after you get a job, make sure to come here often, I guarantee you that our food here is the best," Mia said to Kagami.
"I will then, Ma'am," Kagami replied to the dwarven woman.
Later, as their meals arrive, the pub's doors open, welcoming a group of people or adventurers: the Loki Familia arrives. It comprises a blonde pallum, a dwarf, a green-haired elf, a blonde girl, and a werewolf with their red-haired Goddess. After they sat down and ordered their meals, their mischievous God stared at Kagami momentarily, and so on approached Kagami, trying to converse with him.
