Ryo was enjoying a rare peaceful day—no work, no school, just relaxing at a café with a warm cup of coffee. The air smelled like fresh pastries, and for once, no one was yelling at him.
Ryo (sipping coffee, sighing): "For once, nothing stupid is happening."
Which, of course, meant something stupid was about to happen.
💥 The café door burst open, and Ayane sprinted inside.
She slid into the seat across from him so fast that the table shook. Her expression? Dead serious.
Ayane (panting): "Play along. Now."Ryo (blinking): "Huh?"Ayane (grabbing his hand across the table): "You're my boyfriend. Smile."
Ryo nearly spit out his drink.
Ryo (choking): "WHAT?!"
Ayane ignored his reaction and put on a dramatic, sweet smile.
Ayane (loudly, acting): "Ohhh, Ryo-kun~ You're so sweet for taking me on this wonderful date~"
Ryo felt his entire body tense.
Ryo (whispering, panicking): "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!"Ayane (whispering back, voice urgent): "Some old ninja clan guys spotted me. I needed a cover."
Ryo followed her gaze. Near the café entrance, two men in black suits were scanning the room.
Ryo: "Wait, those are ninjas? They look like businessmen."Ayane: "Undercover ninjas, genius."
Ryo wanted to scream. Instead, he forced a very fake smile as Ayane tilted her head cutely and leaned forward.
Ayane (sweetly): "So, tell me, dear~ What do couples do on dates?"
Ryo immediately regretted being born.

💥 Haruka and Misaki walked into the café.
They were chatting casually, but then their eyes landed on Ayane holding Ryo's hands across the table.
They froze.

The two ninja men were still watching closely.
Ayane (whispering): "They're still looking. Keep going."Ryo (hissing): "THIS IS GONNA GET ME KILLED."
As if things weren't bad enough, another voice interrupted the chaos.

She took one glance at the situation… and grinned.
Reika (walking over, amused): "Ara~? Ryo-kun, you didn't tell me you were so romantic~"
Then, she slid into the seat next to him.
Reika (grinning at Ayane): "Mind if I join your date?"Ayane (deadpan, glaring): "Yes."Ryo (dying inside): "PLEASE LEAVE."
The two ninja men finally seemed satisfied and left.
Ayane (sighing in relief): "Alright, crisis over."Ryo (glaring, voice shaking): "Crisis?! MY LIFE IS OVER!"

Haruka: "So. Fake date or not… why were you so into it?!"Misaki (smirking): "Yeah, Takahashi. You seemed very comfortable holding her hand."Ayane (grinning, teasing): "Ohhh? Were you enjoying it, Ryo~?"
