Synopsis
To Love, To Lose, To Heal is a poignant journey through love, heartbreak, and self-discovery. It follows a soul who loved deeply, lost painfully, and is now left to pick up the shattered pieces of a heart that once beat for another. In a world where love is both salvation and destruction, the struggle with lingering emotions, haunting memories, and the weight of what could have been. Torn between holding on and letting go, between the past and an uncertain future, they must confront their pain, their fears, and the truth they’ve been avoiding, healing isn’t about forgetting; it’s about finding the strength to live again. This novel is a raw, intimate exploration of love’s beautiful agony, the wounds it leaves behind, and the resilience it takes to rise again. To Love, To Lose, To Heal is for anyone who has ever loved too much, lost too deeply, and still found the courage to heal.

Chapter 1 - It's Okay To Not Be Okay

When your heart is broken, it hurts. When you have to let go of someone you love, it hurts.

When you wish things could go the way you want, or in the peaceful way you imagine, and it doesn't, it hurts even more.

Most people want a simple life, a happy relationship, something that spells happily ever after. But often, they don't get it—not even half of it. Some of us just want our love lives to go well, but it still falls apart. Others want peace within their families, but we don't get that either. Some just want to stay alive, to be healthy, but they don't always get that, and they realize too late how much they've neglected themselves.

So, in life, the times you don't get what you want are far too many.

The thing about living is learning to make do with what you have. It's mostly about not getting what you want, but managing what you've got. Sometimes, it's okay not to be okay because that's life.

So pick up the scraps, live with them, because some of us don't have much to live with at all, yet we're still here, thriving. But don't you forget those scraps are yours so, you're the cheerleader in your life.
